Frederique Murphy is the founder of Pumpkin & Co. Ltd.

Frederique has a passion for change and loves providing guidance to people and organisations to maximise the benefits from the changes they wish to make. Having worked in the field of communications for the last 10 years, she has developed a deep understanding of the power of effective communications and strongly believes that communication is the key ingredient to making powerful, positive and long-lasting changes.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing & Advertising, a Master Diploma in Design & Desktop Publishing and is a fully certified facilitator. Whether working for small or large organisations or with individuals, she coaches her clients to help them find solutions to the challenges that they face as they transform themselves and their organisation. As a licensed NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and a qualified NLP Mind Coach, she uses NLP tools and techniques to ensure changes are happening in an accelerated way while sustaining momentum.

Born in France, she moved to Ireland after her leaving cert in search of her ancestors (that is of course where the “Murphy” comes from!) and felt immediately at home: a French woman with an Irish heart! She lives in North County Dublin with her Dutch husband. The mix of these nationalities has had a huge impact on her and she is very comfortable with and thoroughly enjoys working with multilingual staff as she finds the various cultures fascinating.

As a Communications consultant, she has worked for both public and private sector clients, operating at corporate, program and project levels. Frederique has a proven track record in supporting business transformation within multi-national organisations drawing on her excellent written and verbal communication, change and project management skills. Her expertise is evidenced by some of her most recent projects, which have covered: Development of a Global Communication Strategy and Framework; Stakeholder Alignment; Workshop Design and Delivery working with multi-lingual and multi-cultural groups; Brand Design and Implementation; Event Management and Public Relations; Organisation and Employee Development; and Knowledge Transfer.

As a strong change agent, she believes in guiding her clients through change, making them embrace, manage and maintain it! She is a dynamic, creative and imaginative multi-tasker who thrives in engaging with a wide variety of audiences in fast paced and challenging environments.
